Specific Advice

Pathya: Patient was recommended to take light-fresh-easily digestible food, plenty of seasonal vegetables(cooked form) and fruits, mix vegetable, soup, daliya, khichadi, drinking lukewarm water, gentle body massage, pranayam and mind relaxing practice etc. Mushrooms ,peas and raw vegetables to be avoided.

Apathya: Avoid white sugar, acidic food items, reheated food, yoghurt, frozen items, fried, oily, spicy, sour food, pickle, tea-coffee, non-veg, alcohol, fast foods, packaged items, white flour products, anger, anxiety, stress etc.
